Rajesh Chaudhary – Chief Financial Officer

Raj is a New Zealand qualified Chartered Account and Chartered Secretary. He is also a NZ qualified Personal Financial Planner. Raj has over 25 years of Financial and Management experience, having worked at senior levels in Australia and New Zealand including public companies. He has been with the Ramwall Group for just over two years. Raj enjoys fishing, coaching cricket and is a self proclaimed chef and wine connoisseur

Anirudh Munsami – Operations Manager

Anirudh is Ramwall Groups Operations Manager and in fact was one of the first employees of Ramwall Homes back in 1999. Arriving in New Zealand in 1987, Anirudh had already enjoyed a successful career in structural design and was a successful draftsman working for local engineering firms. His vast contribution in assisting Ramwall Homes to be one of the most progressive developers in Auckland have included the facilitation of setting up the successful civil division currently operating in the Ramwall group of companies. As well as having a great singing voice, Ani loves to socialise and getting involved in sports.

Anyos Gonczy – Sales & Marketing Manager

Anyos is a young energetic sale professional with a particular skill set in project marketing residential developments. Having completed a Bachelors Degree in Business his achievement in sales is more attributed to his wide reaching network and hard working attitude. During his 6 years in various property roles, Anyos has worked with some of the best Real Estate organisations in the country and has personally brokered property transactions totalling well over $150 million dollars. Anyos enjoys travelling, boating and generally enjoys having lots of family around. He looks forward to speaking with you about Ramwall Group’s portfolio of exciting projects.
